How do I order your products?

Please note that NailCandi® is an online store, we run our business on the internet and therefore do not have a physical walk-in store. You can order right here on our website, simply add the product(s) that you would like to purchase to your cart and follow the checkout instructions. 

How do I pay for my order?

You can choose your preferred payment method during checkout. We facility payments thru Payfast, a secure payment gateway for online shopping. Alternatively you can choose the bank transfer option and do an eft at your convenience. If you use this method please don't forget to use your order number as reference and to email your POP to hello@nailcandi.co.za - this will speed up the processing time of your order. At this time, the bank transfer option is not available to customers making payments from outside South Africa.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders are dispatched from a DC (distribution centre) and are processed promptly after we receive payment and your order will be delivered to your doorstep within a couple of working days! Typically orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours, depending on the size of the order and how busy the DC is. You will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Local orders are typically delivered within 2-3 working days, international orders take a bit longer, depending on where you are situated. Please note that at times delivery might take slightly longer. 

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately our distribution centre does not allow collections. 

What delivery and shipping method do you use?

We use only reliable courier services so that your order can be delivered to your doorstep. International orders are shipped via EMS.
